About this villa rental
Very spacious luxury villa with 5 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, within walking distance of the sea.
Located in a quiet and exclusive residential area with a sea view.
This villa has a capacity of 12 + 1 guests and feels exceptionally spacious with lots of character and privacy.
The living area consists of a large open space that opens onto the terrace and swimming pool. In it you will find a kitchen, a dining table for 12 people and the living room with fireplace.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom with shower and bath.
On the upper floor you will find a luxurious master bedroom, with a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath, and a room with 1 double and 2 single beds, also with its own bathroom.
The villa is detached, and around the house you will find a garden with lawns and a small grove on all sides. To the left of the house you will find the petanque court. Next to the house is a very large grass meadow with a playground.
On the south side, directly at the terrace, there is a large swimming pool (8x4 m), where you can take a dip at any time of the day. The pool has a varying depth, where you can easily stand on one side (approx. 1 m deep), while the depth on the other side is approximately 2.1 meters.
At the house is a spacious terrace, over the full width of the house, with a roof for extra shade. There are plenty of sun loungers on the terrace, close to the swimming pool.
The children can play in the beautiful gardens, while you barbecue on the built-in outdoor barbecue and install the outdoor table for a delicious meal with family or friends.
Immediately next to the villa is a large grass park, and less than 100 meters is a very nice Italian restaurant, a playground, a mini golf, ....
At a stone's throw you reach the idyllic beach Praia do Carvalho, with breathtaking views and beautiful rock structures.
From the villa you can take beautiful walks.
The quiet and exclusive residential area of Clube Atlantico offers the best of 2 worlds: a peaceful and tranquil environment, yet only a few moments from Carvoeiro with its shops, restaurants and many bars.
Carvoeiro offers a wide range of recreational and sporting activities including golf courses, a tennis club, a center for horse riding, as well as water sports.
You can also use the 2 tennis courts on the domain for free.

Wonderful location. Wonderful host. It is like having a private 5 star hotel to stay in. The main suite and balcony was perfect for sunset. The cliff and beaches and restaurants and towns were all so close and accessible. The pool was so warm! We just loved everything about it. Thank you. Only suggestion would be to ping the location to those arriving as it is hard to find. We had three separate cars and none of us quite hit the mark until we were pinged the location. Still, the host was very responsive and planned for everything.

Beautiful home with views of the water. Communication was excellent start to finish. Estrella's walk through upon arrival was very helpful. The location to the beautiful beach, the hiking trails and restaurant was spectacular...all within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen and bbq were used to make our meals and did not disappoint. The bocce court was fun for the group. We heated the pool, and covered it each night. The water was a very comfortable temperature. We used Bolt to get into town which was a 5 minute drive. For the week, we used uber eats to deliver all the groceries...3 fee which allowed us to stay by the pool all day. The chef at the Italian restaurant was impressive. All 8 of us enjoyed our meal. Still thinking of our morning tea from the balcony with gorgeous views of the water. We would definitely stay in this amazing home again. Thank you for a memorable stay.

We enjoyed the house and pool very much . The setting was peaceful and the views from our veranda were beautiful , especially at sunset. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Estrela , the housekeeper was very helpful and easy to contact when we had questions . We particularly enjoyed the short walk to the local Italian Restaurante which served delicious food in beautiful setting. A very successful holiday.

This is by far one of the best rentals I have ever experienced, and I could not recommend it more highly. Having 5BR and 5 full bathrooms makes the stay seamless for many couples. The entertainment is top notch as you have the pool, ping-pong, bacci ball, tennis, and paddle ball all on the property. The beach is a five minute walk away, and you have access to a dozen other beaches within 40minute walks. Benagil Caves is neabry, so this house gives you the unique experience of walking over before all the boats and kayaks arrive to experience the caves on your own. I highly recommend eating at the local Italian Restaurant. 10 out of 10 stars. Don't hesitate to book this place. Groceries are a bit of a walk, but the Uber to them are only $6 so it's a non-issue.
