The villa was just as good as advertised - excellently equipped (the second fridge was very useful), and all rooms were clean on arrival. The property was very private but close enough to walk into Carvoeiro - we did get taxis in at about 4 a ride, which were readily available.

This is our second time staying at Casa Luessa - once back in 2022 and this time for two weeks in July 2026.The villa has wonderful character and charm with beautiful gardens and a well maintained pool area. The well established planting around the villa gives it a really historic and authentic feel. We were very lucky to witness the flowering of the Queen of the Night back in 2022 and again this year in 2026.The cleaning service was excellent and the communications from the company who manage the villa were very friendly and extremely helpful. This is an excellent villa and we will definitely be staying again in the near future.

Location was great, just a 20 min. walk to Carvoeiro. Quiet surroundings.Pool heating, for which we paid extra, was perfect.Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Very grateful for all the basic necessities which were provided for us upon our arrival.Did not manage to use the dishwasher and there were no instructions. The UK tv seemed to have been blocked and was therefore not available. We had a lovely stay at Casa Luessa
