I found this house while looking for somewhere for my family and I to stay. Our daughter was graduating Navy bootcamp and we wanted something cozy where we could spend time together. This house was perfect. It wasn't to far from the base. It was a safe area with good restaurants. It's a great neighborhood.

The AC malfunctioned and it was not fixed, although we were told it was. It was still hot. No AC throughout the rooms. Never using this place again.
Also, please confirm you will refund my incidentals coverage.
