Apartment with a lovely view of the lake and surrounding greenery, featuring a large terrace. This centrally located apartment in Evian is just a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths, or you can take the shuttle boat along the lake to Switzerland. You’ll pass by the must-see Evian spring, where you can fill your bottles. In case of bad weather, a DVD player with a selection of movies will help pass the time until the sun comes out. The well-equipped kitchen will help you prepare delicious meals.

Lovely hosts very friendly and helpful - thank you Sophie Great location for various activities Property as described, environment/ building safe and clean, everything you need for a vacation & a very comfy bed., lovely balcony with views of Lake Leman. We stayed for 2 weeks during a heatwave Sophie’s husband kindly provided a fan for us which was very much appreciated.Would recommend.

Great apartment, great view, great location. It may seem like a lot of "greats," but this apartment has it all. The location on Evian's main drag made it convenient to shopping, dining and activities. Look out the window every morning and, when it wasn't overcast, you could see Switzerland across the lake. The apartment was loaded with a full range of amenities which made our stay most pleasant.
