This centrally located apartment in Evian is just a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths, or you can take the shuttle boat along the lake to Switzerland. You’ll pass by the must-see Evian spring, where you can fill your bottles. In case of bad weather, a DVD player with a selection of movies will help pass the time until the sun comes out. The well-equipped kitchen will help you prepare delicious meals.

Lovely hosts very friendly and helpful - thank you Sophie Great location for various activities Property as described, environment/ building safe and clean, everything you need for a vacation & a very comfy bed., lovely balcony with views of Lake Leman. We stayed for 2 weeks during a heatwave Sophie’s husband kindly provided a fan for us which was very much appreciated.Would recommend.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé.. On peut tout faire à pied ..L’immeuble est parfaitement entretenu et le supermarché est à 5mn à pied..
La vue de la terrasse est magnifique mais dommage que le bruit des voitures soit permanent étant donné que le bâtiment donne sur l’axe principal d’Evian..
L’appartement est parfaitement équipé et la literie très confortable ! Les propriétaires sont très aimables et très arrangents.
