This is a family owned property and rental activity is frequently checked by management. Guests are responsible for damage. Parking Passes $25 each with a limit of 2. One pass will be billed for each reservation, guest must ask in advance for the second.

This luxurious coastal cottage is located conveniently in the West Beach district of Gulf Shores with a short walk across the road to the private access to a sugar white sand beach. Amenities include a boardwalk to the beach, a community pool and a pier at the lagoon. The ground floor provides covered parking and a shaded "Gathering Area" with a convenient shower for sand control.

The first flight of stairs lead to the spacious living, dining and kitchen area along with the built in bunks and full bathroom. This room has lots of natural light and opens to a furnished balcony. You will love the beautiful granite in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is fully furnished and has full size stainless appliances. Just bring you food, seasonings, detergents and paper goods.

Up the next set of stairs, are two large bedrooms, each with an adjoining bath, and a full size washer and dryer! The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed. It privately adjoins the master bathroom which has a large walk-in tiled shower with a glass enclosure and a bath tub! The guest bedroom adjoins a private bath, but has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have TVs and open to the second furnished balcony with views of Little Lagoon, the pool, and pier. The beds are made with fresh white linen and a set is supplied for the sofa sleeper in the living area. A modest supply of bath and kitchen linens are supplied. Bring your beach towels and detergent for the full size washer and dryer! You will find a "one day" supply of basic toiletries and products.

Guests have access to a boardwalk to the beach, which is located right across a 2 lane road, and access to a beautifully maintained pool that overlooks the lagoon and access to the pier. You may bring kayaks and floats to the pier or ride up on a boat that was launched. There are no boat launches at this complex though, and trailers cannot be parked at the complex. Tents/canopies and chairs are allowed at the beach, but must be disassembled and removed before dark each day.
