Bel Sole is located on west beach, surrounded by small beach homes and removed from high rises and tourist congestion, you really feel more like your walking into a spa than a condo. With only three units per floor, the lower density complex gives a lower stress and less crowded vibe. The stunning amenities add even more to enhance the spa feel. With heated Indoor and outdoor pools, and equipped work out facilities at your finger tips.
Unit 201 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner second floor unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With updated decor, this unit is sure to please.
The spacious master offers a king bed and a balcony facing south and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a balcony facing south and private bath. The third room offers Full over full bunk and twin bed. This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. This unit gives you the best of both worlds!
The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment!
When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.

* Allows 2 cars, parking passes included in rental packet
* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25
*Trailers are not allowed on the property
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

The condo was nice and spacious for a great price. We loved that everyone had their own room and bathroom. Our only complaints would be the internet went out for a while one day and you couldn't even get it in the master bedroom the whole trip, which doesnt work when all the tvs are strictly streaming. The hall toilet bowl needed to be cleaned, the blinds in the master bath definitely needed dusting. And the dishwasher not working was disappointing. We also didn't enjoy having to pickup the parking passes, we haven't had to do that since before 2020. Other than that the ease of booking, late check in, and check out were great. My husband was very impressed with the beach gate also.

It was a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with 1 of the balconies view of the pool and lagoon with boat deck that is all lit up at night and a beautiful view of sunset that can also be seen from inside of wall of window from floor to ceiling and 2nd balcony of the beach and beautiful sunrise, the people are very friendly and will be staying there again. It's a very spacious and beautiful condo.

Great location with well maintained amenities(pools indoor and out, nice fishing pier and exercise room). Easy walk to beach and lots of shells due in part to rough weather our first 3 days. Beautiful view of the Lagoon from inside and on the outside deck. Property Management attention to detail is evident and maintenance staff very nice. They secured outside furniture to protect it from high winds but promptly restored it after threat was past. White Shores Realty was very responsive easy to work with. This was our second stay in this condo and we have had a great experience both times.

The condo itself was nice and all bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchens and floors were clean. The two rugs in the living room and dinning room were filthy and so was the living room furniture and the cloth on the dinning room chairs. The air intake vent for the air conditioning unit was filthy as well. All the beds in the unit are rickety and need their screws tightened up. I contacted White Shores Realty and they did send out a carpet cleaning company to clean the furniture and carpets, and maintenance came out and tightened up the bunk bed ( it was the only one we noticed that was rickety at first) and cleaned to air conditioner vent. I would suggest that the owners of this condo replace the carpets and living room/dinning room furniture. Even after cleaning, the rugs and furniture still looked gross. We spent a pretty penny to stay here and were disappointed that all the lounging areas were stained and dirty.
