Lagoon Tower 1101 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo on the 11th floor, just across the street from the Gulf. Lagoon Tower is a low-density complex with only two units per floor.
Unit features:
• Access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom, with views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon for miles
• Tile flooring in the living area; carpet in the bedrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; dining table seats six, plus a small bench and two barstools for extra seating
• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit
• Living area has a twin sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed; primary bathroom features double vanities and a jetted tub
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Third bedroom features a set of bunk beds (twin over full) and a pull-out twin trundle. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed
• No trailers allowed on the premises

View was beautiful. Grands loved the pool. Bedroom off the kitchen was at least 10 degrees warmer than rest of house. Parents bunked in kids room to be cool at night. Read where king bed needed improved. Definitely agree. Unit was clean but very institutional. No personal touches. That was missed

It's a nice place with amazing views. It's worth staying here for the view alone. The place is nice and open on the inside. A couple pieces of furniture were broken and couldn't be used. The feet of those chairs are broken out of their slot, very common for angled support feet. There original listing was wrong and had an added room. This was disruptive to our original plans. As well, one room is listed as Queen and is a double. Not great but thankfully I didn't stay in there. The kitchen is decently equipped. All the cupboards in the entire place are builder grade and slam shut off your use to silent closing cabinets. It's not a hard upgrade to make and hopefully it's considered by the owner. Has an ice maker which was greatly appreciated. The TV set up is very strange . Never could figure it out. I don't watch TV so I didn't care but my teenagers weren't happy missing March madness games during the evening. It's an outdated system. Other than these things, everything on the listing send to be great. I would stay here again.

The view was priceless.. There are several things on this property that need updating and fixing and I left that feedback for them. The management team was responsive, so hopefully they will get those items fixed.
