Gorgeous second floor apartment with spacious living space. Features a bar/dining area, fully stocked kitchen, wifi, smart TV, Alexa music system and much more. Our neighborhood is a mixed area of both residential, multifamily and commercial. Property was in an excellent location near Palm Beach Sailing Club. Amenities in the kitchen were great. Our only issue was that we did not get hot enough water in the shower, only slightly warm. Maybe it was caused by someone using the washing machine downstairs.

The owner double booked the apartment pictured but accommodated us in another apartment with a discount. It was comparable but not quite as cute as the one pictured. All in all, other than the booking issue, we feel good about the change of apartments with the discount. The place was clean, modern, and convenient.
