So close to ship port. Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stay was too short. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I loved all of it no problems

This was our third stop on our Florida trip. First, the positive aspects: this place can serve as a gateway to attractions in the Palm Beach area, including the beautiful Peanut Island and the Manatee Lagoon, where manatee sightings are almost guaranteed, at least in December. The apartment (we stayed in a middle unit of a house consisting of three apartments in total) is partially renovated, reasonably clean, and equipped with smart TVs in each room.

Now for the negative aspects: The neighborhood is not very pleasant and does not feel safe, with garbage littering the streets (though this might have been due to the holiday season). The apartment is located close to a railway, so trains can be heard all night, blowing their horns. Some of the amenities listed on the website were missing, including a dishwasher, hairdryer, and coffee/tea provisions. The bathtub was not part of the renovation and seems to have proudly served the owners for several decades. The bedding was also old, with visible holes. The pictures suggested a possibility to sit outside in the garden, but this was misleading. The "sitting area" was a small closet containing a garbage bin. The payment process was unnecessarily complicated. The owner failed to use the payment method we provided at booking and later sent a strange PayPal invoice. We were all badly bitten by insects, with the pattern compatible with bed bugs rather than outdoor insects. The worst aspect was the owner’s reaction when we brought up these issues. He rudely dismissed our concerns, claiming that most of the problems—missing equipment, insects, payment issues etc.—were our fault, even accusing us of deliberately bringing bugs into the house. Booking.com has filed the complaint, so don’t hesitate to report similar issues if you’ve had a bad experience here. This will help prevent other travelers from being misled by the unrealistically high ratings.
