Very clean, well appointed, and great proximity to the beaches. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Place was clean and organized. Owner was responsive to issue with hot water and resolved the same day. I would recommend to others.

Very clean and comfortable. A/C was amazing kept us cool and comfortable. Close to John D. MacArthur state park and Ocean Reef park. Both had great beaches for swimming and lots of shells for collecting.

Our stay in West Palm Beach was unfortunately marked by several significant issues that impacted our overall experience, particularly concerning the cleanliness and safety of the property. While the bathroom initially appeared tidy, we encountered ants on two separate days, and more distressingly, both my girlfriend and I suffered consistent allergic reactions—including swollen eyes and respiratory irritation—every time we used the shower. We were also disappointed to find that the advertised outside area did not exist, and we noticed the photos of this space were removed from the listing during our stay. The most serious concern, however, was a double-booking incident where other guests entered the unit using a valid access code; this created a major security risk, and we were unable to reach you for over an hour to resolve the situation. We hope these points are addressed to ensure a safer and more accurate experience for future guests.
