• Trash & Waste Disposal
All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.
Trash is collected every morning by HOA.
• Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.
We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.
• Grill Rental (Optional)
A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.
• Additional days: $15 per day
• Extra propane refill: $40
• Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.
For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
• Towels Policy
Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only.
Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool area only.
If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or other off-site locations, please bring your own towels from home.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Location was great. House layout was great. Access was great. Rooms comfortable. Navigating TV’s an adventure. Great pool & whirlpool. However, 3 of 4 lounge chairs broken and could not be used. I of the dining room chairs was also broken.

House was big and had decent rooms. Realistically though it needs a complete update. So we’ll start with the good. Host was good with communication and a nice family but I don’t think their management team is doing their job. Plenty of room for the kids and whole family.Resort area was niceMissing a whole couch from the movie theater so it’s only sitting for 3 unless sitting on the floor. Couch along with other random trash just threw on the side of the home. We paid for pool heat but it leaks from the pipe where it’s running on the side of the house so we had to refill about a half foot of water per day in the pool.. pool side seating was ok. Some chairs was on the verge of breaking so we just didn’t use them. Doorway blinds was missing over half so I’m unsure how anyone could miss that they needed replacing.Kids closet doors barely hanging on to the point I’m surprised they’re even there.I’m sure we could have called maintenance to fix a lot of the issues but with only 1 week in the house i didn’t want my family to spend their vacation having random people in there working on stuff while we’re trying to enjoy our vacation. We planned to live stream to show the home for my social media with 120k followers who love to live life to the fullest but honestly it wasn’t a home I’d attach my name to. Overall I’d return if the house was fixed up and up to standard and hopefully the maintenance company actually gets in there to fix the simple stuff and clean it up better.
