First of all, the place is beautiful just like in the pics and more spacious than we expected. We stayed for our son's graduation trip and chose NSB as a way to be within a drive of Universal but at the beach. On the first evening, we were on the balcony, and the people right next door were outside smoking. My son has asthma, and these balconies are very close together. I thought it was really going to put a damper on our whole week, but we asked the property manager, and she said smoking was not allowed. Nobody smoked out there again. The condo is clean and comfy and has a beautiful view. Easy to get on the beach also. Our only complaint is with NSB. It's cute, but it seems backwards to us. We go to Rehoboth Beach in DE and Provincetown on Cape Cod and love it, because you can do the beach during the day, shower, go to dinner, and then walk around shopping when it's cooler. NSB shopping shuts down at 5 every day. That's not the condo owner's fault of course, but it's a location issue. We aren't fans of people driving on the beach either. Anyway...easy drive to Orlando, clean/comfy/beautiful condo, good food nearby, steps to the beach, nice pool...if you're going to NSB, this is the place to stay!

We’ve been staying at the Golden Arms since the 1970’s and love it! This was one of the loveliest units we’ve stayed in. Easy check in and check out
