This condo (#2204, 2nd floor) has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: a charming one bedroom, one bath with a bonus sleeper sofa; fully furnished unit that features a large bedroom, kitchen, and living area, with private porch and balcony, wifi and cable provided with flat screen TVs in both living and bedroom. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

FACILITIES WERE GOOD AND THE STAY WAS PEACEFUL AND RELAXING, DEFINITELY WOULD BOOK THE LIGHT HOUSE AGAIN. MY HUSBAND IS SOMEWHAT DISABLED. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A ROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND A ROOM WITH A BATH AND SHOWER, WITH THE SHOWER CLEANER.

Stayed in the same unit a few years ago. It's showing wear and tear. Pillows were smelly. The walk through gate and building entrance code machine were not working.
