Harbour Oaks 111 is a first floor (no steps) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium that overlooks a lagoon. This unit has hardwood floors, an open living and dining room area and is the perfect place for hanging out with family after a day at the beach. The dining room has seating for 6. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and televisions. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.
The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally), tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Small dogs are allowed with a $100/pup non-refundable pet fee. Strict 2 dog limit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available in unmarked spots.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
. Drip and Keurig coffee makers.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The condo smelled very musty due to air conditioning problems. The realty company sent someone over, they worked on AC. Was much better for 2 days and then stopped working. Told realty company and they were very quick to send a repair guy who seemed to fix it. It was fine after that. Place was clean .

I thought this property was adequate....two pluses was that it was clean and spacious. However, I felt that probably because of its location that it was a bit dark. The decor was a mix and linens and kitchen supplies were at a minimum, all giving me the overall impression that perhaps this was a first time rental
