CASA DEL MAR- LARGE VILLA WITH GARDEN AND 2 POOLS 50 METERS FROM THE SEE
The villa is completely renovated and equipped with air conditioning in 5 of double rooms.
The villa:
Large villa for two families or groupwith several terraces around the house and in the middle of a large private garden with a smaller pool in the front garden and a brand-new large pool in the back garden. Very close to the beaches just 8mn walking and 4 mn by Bike to Empúries beach.
Le villa has two floorsconnected via small staircase inside, but each independently equipped. The price includes Wi-Fi and satellite-tv with all channels.
On the first floor are a large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Two double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms with toilet. and Large open terrace with barbecue giving directly via an outside staircase to the garden.
A large living room with air-conditioning and large screen satellite tv with dining room.
On the ground floor just renovated are a new well-equipped kitchen with washing and drying machine, bathroom with toilet, three bedrooms (2 double bed, 1 with two beds) with access to the garden and the covered terrace, one of which has a large screen satellite TV. Large table on the covered terrace.
Around the house there are several terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers. There is sun in all parts of the garden from the morning till the evening.
The garden is very beautiful with all sorts of plants and trees. There are private parkings for cars inside the walled garden.
Surroundings:
This villa is located in an ideal spot for people looking for quietness and sports. The roads are unpaved and safe for children. The beaches and surroundings are ideal for kite surfing, windsurfing, supping, golf, biking and discovering nature. lots more. For foodies, there are some nice restaurants nearby in Sant Martí d'Empuries at 5 minutes walking and there is a good choice in L’Escala and surrounding communities.
Empúries Beach:This beach has fine sand and an ideal location with features that make it a perfect place for water sports, especially those which require wind. Several beach bars spread over the different beaches around the house! The Empúries beaches has two clearly distinct parts. One end, just below the village of Sant Martí, which can be reached by going down some steps. This area is also known as Miranda Beach (from the viewpoint directly above) and there is no longer a beach bar in Miranda (it used to be called Olivia); On the dune beach there is the beach bar Bamboleo and the beach bar El Riuet. On the other side, to the north, you will find a very large beach, the more natural part of the beach, where you can go windsurfing and kitesurfing. There you will find the Ukelele beach bar with a spectacular view of the entire beach from Sant Marti d’Empúries to Rosas.
The price includes bed linen, towels, and kitchen rags.

We were there with 2 families. Had a good week. House was well equipped, 2 kitchens and pool was great for the kids.
It’s a pitty that we had to go get the keys from the agency. A key box would have been more convenient.

We felt at home. We stayed there with three little kids and everything was nice. In the house there is everything you need, a huge garden, two nice pools an very close to the ocean. We can highly recommend this house!

La casa és molt àmplia i l´espai és molt agradable, tot està molt net i hi ha de tot. La ubicació és immillorable i l´espai exterior és molt gran, amb vàries zones exteriors.
