-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.
-Maximum Occupancy: 11 Occupants: Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.

This is our second time at this house and we’ve absolutely enjoyed both times. All the rooms are spacious and clean. The walk to the beach is short and the amenities that are provided are just what you need on a family vacation. We have booked with multiple houses are Kure and Carolina beach and none compare to this house. Babies are able to nap due to multiple floors, we’re all able to eat together due to the big living area and kitchen, and we’re able to have so much fun in the basement with ping pong and games. We do wish that there was something to contain the flies by the trash but that is really all the complaints I have!

We have enjoyed our stay at Bella Playa. We are at a work retreat and there is plenty of room to work during the day but also retreat to our own spaces in the evening. The weather is amazing and the town is so cute! Don't hesitate to book your vacation here!

The property was lovely, exactly as described in the listing. Really spacious rooms with plenty of common areas. Kitchen was large and well stocked, made it easy to cook big family dinners. The neighborhood is great, walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Property managers are very communicative, made checking in and out very easy. Would happily stay there again!

This was a very nice place!! All of my family enjoyed staying at this house. It was a few steps to the beach front. Restaurants were close by as well as the fishing piers. We enjoyed shopping at the gift shops. We shopped until we felt like dropping for sure ! It was an experience we will remember always. We can't wait to return to this PeaceofParadise!!
