The house has three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) each, with en-suite shower rooms and TVs; and one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190 cm), TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. A travel cot, baby cot, high chair, and potty are available. Located 25 km from Périgueux, a "City of Art and History," Montagrier is a charming village of 500 inhabitants situated on a rocky spur overlooking the Dronne Valley. Numerous outdoor activities are available, including hiking, cycling, and canoeing. Night markets are held throughout the summer. A private, heated chlorine swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September and features a bubble cover and safety cover. Dimensions: 6.60 m x 3.50 m. Depth: 1.35 m. Several terraces surround the house.
