Here Comes The Sun! 2Bed-1Bath Unit#2 St. Augustine

Great little getaway with my family and our pups. Quiet neighborhood (construction going on but otherwise quiet) and safe to walk your pets any time of day. Property and surrounding areas are very well kept - you can tell people take a lot of pride in their homes. Super easy access to downtown St. Augustine - the only traffic is if the draw bridge is up. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nicole was very quick to respond when I had a question. We had no problem accessing the house and once there we totally enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the area. The neighborhood was very walkable and proximity to water was a plus. Hoping to return for a longer stay in 2027!

The location of this duplex was ideal. Situated in a safe neighborhood for walking and bike riding, close to historic St Augustine and the beaches. Nice front porch to hang out on, small duplex but sufficient for two people. I think it’d be cramped with four or more. Host was very available every time we made contact. She was helpful and very sweet. We stayed for a month and everything we needed was provided since we cooked a majority of the time. I did buy more dish towels and wash cloths but no big deal. Beach chairs were provided also. Would definitely book this again.

It’s a really cute duplex. Very well decorated. Pretty clean as well. The neighbor next door came to apologize for his dogs possibly being noisy on day 1. However the dogs howled constantly through the day and our visit if we came back to the house to change or relax. Small dead lizard in bathroom and small back yard area if bring pets. Front lawn has nice green grass but does need cut.
