Our house is only 1 mile to historic St Augustine, 1 mile to St Augustine Amphitheater & short drive to the beach! We are in a great location to explore both the beaches and historic St Augustine!! Walk or take a bike ride to the light house & the Alligator Farm! Many great restaurants within walking distance. Bikes, beach towels & beach toys are available for use.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and NEW king size bed in the second bedroom. Living room, there is a twin size day bed with trundle. Custom made curtains and shower curtains through out the house. Blackout curtains in bedrooms! Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Nice size fenced in backyard for kids to play in! Pack n play and high chair are available.
The neighborhood is located on Anastasia Island. Great family friendly neighborhood. You may need a car to explore the island. Historic St augustine is only 1 mile away, a very inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride.
The house comes with 4 adult bikes, and one with a rear child seat. *** Please note, I cannot guarantee all bikes will be in working order at the time of your visit. If you need additional bikes, there is a place to rent bikes down the street. Thank you!
Well behaved dogs only, 35 lbs and under are allowed for a $75.00 pet fee per dog. 2 dogs max.
**For guest staying for long visits, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it would be an additional cleaning fee per cleaning. I do leave cleaning supplies and vacuum and mop for my long term guest.
My husband and I manage our vacation home together. No management company. We love and enjoy our vacation home and hope you will too!
**Due to my schedule certain dates during the year, require a higher minimum night stay and required check in day unless staying longer than minimum stay.

We took our friends to St Augustine to see the Christmas lights for the first time. We all had a wonderful time.I have nothing negative to say about this adorable house. It had everything we needed. The pictures you see in the listing are exactly what the place looks like.We were so happy to let our sweet Cavalier Mr Moe run free in the nice fenced in backyard. He had so much fun.We especially loved the nice large screen room in the back. We spent a lot of time in there.The kitchen has everything in it! There was nothing we couldn’t find in the drawers and cabinets. We loved all the openness with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bedrooms are adorable. The beds and pillows are nice and comfy.The bathrooms are nice too. We loved the rain shower.We definitely will be renting this home again. It had everything we needed and it was very clean.

Very clean and the host was very nice. The had extra things like games, bikes, and an exterior heate for the screened in back deck. I higly recommend this place.

All the amenities were available. Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the historic district which was a big plus. Only 5-6 min drive. Overall, my wife was happy so I am happy.
