A bright 4 bedroom villa with its own private pool situated in the gated Westridge Manor North community. Brand new kitchen and appliances!
Buckingham Palm Villa is a delightfully decorated home comprising of four good sized bedrooms with the master having its own bathroom with access on to the pool deck. There is sophisticated double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms perfect for the kids.
The villa has a bright open plan living area with large windows. The family room boasts a large screen TV with cable services, plus further TVs in all bedrooms. Keep in touch with free high speed internet access.
Sliding doors in the family room open out on to the pool deck which is well furnished with sun beds and a table and chairs. Perfect for chilling out in the Florida sunshine. The pool has also benefited from the recent addition of a salt water system which is kinder to the skin than conventional chlorine. A real bonus if anybody has sensitive skin.
Please inquire regarding pool heating costs if desired.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
The newly installed kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances providing total flexibility whatever the meal occasion, including large air fryer. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for guest use.
The garage is also equiped with ping pong table sure to provide hours of entertainment!
Westridge is a quiet and safe community just minutes from Interstate 4 on Hwy 27. It is a well maintained gated community with free to use community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts. There is a large Publix supermarket near by along with a wide choice of restaurants and takeouts. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

We were really pleased with the property and enjoyed our family getaway. Neighborhood was quiet and pool was perfect for playing and relaxing in the sun! The only thing I would have liked to know is that I would need to bring toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. One roll for a family of five and one dishwasher tab was not enough for a week. Otherwise we loved it and enjoyed our time. Close to Orlando which was convenient!
