Mrs. Alvarez was a wonderful host. We were traveling with two special needs young adults. Dulce accommodated us by allowing us into the home a little early which was incredibly helpful due to us flying in early. Due to the unusually cold temperatures, Dulce was kind enough to check on us and ask if we needed additional blankets and brought them to us. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The host had good communication and transparency. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated . The pool was very nice and refreshing after a long day at the parks .

The house size is great! The amenities are basic and there was nothing that went over and above. We did arrive an hour early with traveling and reached out and were allowed to enter, which we appreciated after a long travel day.
The back slider to the pool was extremely difficult to open. Someone did come to look at it, but it wasn't able to be repaired during our stay which was VERY inconvenient! This can't be a new issue, so we were disappointed it wasn't addressed earlier. The master exhaust fan is an issue (as others have mentioned), and again should have been addressed earlier. The fridge water filter needs to be changed as well. The lack of supplying pool towels when you have a pool and people are traveling should be reconsidered by the owner, that's a huge inconvenience.
Nothing "extra" is supplied such as paper plates, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, hand soap in kitchen or master bath, laundry supplies, aluminum foil or plastic wrap. To describe as "only need to bring your groceries" would be inaccurate.
We spent a bunch on those little "extras" that we have come to enjoy in many other homes we have stayed in.
Like we said, nice size house, just nothing exceptional.
