Take a look at this wonderful 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms of almost 2000 sqft living area in the very convenient Hampton Estates Community! The private pool area is perfect for entertainment, with its own pool and SPA (heating optional).

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the peaceful Hampton Estates community of Davenport, this home offers a quiet retreat just minutes from the excitement of Orlando’s world‑famous attractions. Tree‑lined streets, well‑kept homes, and private pools give the neighborhood a relaxed, resort‑style feel without the crowds.
Getting Around:
Guests enjoy easy access to US‑27 and I‑4, putting Disney, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses all within a short drive. It’s the ideal base for families and groups looking for a comfortable, residential setting close to everything Central Florida has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
1. Guest are required to sign the rental agreement form.
2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the rental agreement has specified another time. The home has a doorbell camera on the front door.
3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the rental Aareement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.
4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9:00am and 9:00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. If you would like us to have all child gates installed, notify us when booking the home.
5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.
6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected every Thursday. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin which is located outside the home.
7. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house.
8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
9.This will be a self-catering house.
10. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
