The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The condo was clean and quiet. It had everything that we needed. There are restaurants and a coffee shop close by. Winter park is right down the road. The Frasier tubing hill is wonderful and close to the condo.

Property is new,clean, and close to everything in town. VRBO and host fees were low enough to make a 2 night stay reasonable..

The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable beds and close to a bus stop, grocery store and restaurants. The kids loved the bunk beds. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!
