Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes 1 assigned parking space, and 1 additional parking space available on a first come first serve basis. STR license # 008564

Clean spacious living quarters, great indoor parking, close to shuttle. Winter Park Escapes is the best management company we have ever used and already planning a return visit.

We loved the location. So convenient to free ski shuttle and walk to grocery shop, restaurants and more. The space was modern, clean, well appointed and had underground parking and full kitchen amenities. We will def stay here again!

Overall we liked this unit and Andy was really easy to work with. We liked the location since it was within a 5-10 minute drive of restaurants and Winter Park resort. The layout of the condo was really good. The only 2 negatives were that when we arrived the unit, it had not been cleaned. Andy dispatched the cleaning crew and they had the unit cleaned by the time we got back from dinner. I'm sure that doesn't happen often but it was a slight negative since we had already started moving our things into the unit and had to reverse course when we realized that we were put our belongs and groceries on the uncleaned counter tops, etc.The only other negative is that the tenants in the unit above us walked in their ski boots most mornings starting at 7 AM. I know that Andy couldn't do anything about it, I just wish that we had known that before hand. Otherwise we really liked the unit, Andy was great and we would most likely stay in the unit again.
