About this apartment rental
Spectacular views of the ocean and beach from this 4th floor condo. Shipyard Village B47 has been beautifully renovated throughout the entire condo! New flooring, furnishings, window treatments, countertops - everything is perfect. The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding door that opens to the covered balcony and view of the beach and ocean. The Kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances, a single basin sink, tile backsplash and quartz counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee pot and a Keurig. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is a wet bar with a quartz counter top, tile back splash, barware and an ice maker. The master bedroom has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and view of the ocean. This bedroom has a King bed, and a TV. The updated master bath has a garden tub with tile surround and a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, a TV, and a private vanity with sink. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, a TV, and a vanity with sink. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination.

We loved staying in this beautiful condo for the week! Cleanliness is one of the most important parts for us to really be able to let down and feel comfortable, and this property was very clean. It also is well kept …all the furniture, rugs, flooring, and bedding are in really nice shape…nothing feels old or worn down. The view is amazing and we enjoyed all the natural light! And Ofcourse you just can’t beat staying in Litchfield by the Sea…it’s just the best!

This was a beautiful oceanfront condo, with fantastic views of the water. Very well located and easy beach access. We stayed for three nights while in town for a family wedding, and it was perfect!

We loved the condo and the location. Only hiccup was minor - we were given an incorrect internet password in writing at check-in and since we didn't check-in until the office was about to close on Saturday, we couldn't talk to anyone until Monday morning. The next people should not be having the same problem. Like I said, a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
