Heron Marsh 95 - Totally renovated two story villa, at Litchfield By The Sea, is convenient to the beach, pool and saltwater lake. This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sundeck, and covered parking. Located near the beach access path, this is one of the closest Heron Marsh condos to the beach. Check out the custom updates including tile floors, wood covered ceiling, stainless appliances and farmhouse sink in the kitchen, large flat screen TV in the living room and custom bathrooms! There is seating for 6 at the dining table and the breakfast bar seats 4. The living room is comfortably decorated with sliding doors that open to the sundeck and ceiling that vaults to the second floor. Both main level and upstairs master bedrooms feature King beds! For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Single RollAway bed.
Amenities Include: Central AC/Heat and supplemental AC in upstairs master bedroom, Outside Shower in the carport, and a Charcoal Grill.
1 covered parking spot and unassigned guest spots near condo.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked villa we have ever stayed it! Kitchen had everything you needed and more. Great location and a short 3 minute walk to the beach! Our whole family had a great time!!

Upon arrival, there was no soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen liquid soap dispensers. Also, no paper towels.
We swept off spiders around front door and pine needles from the deck. Thrashed 4 roaches - two dead and two alive.
Otherwise, it was nicely decorated and comfortable.

we loved staying here! so close to beach and the house has everything you need. great decor and renovations. house wasn’t cleaned very well prior to our arrival and check in was late, but everything else was great. there were hot water issues during our stay and they were dealt with immediately. we plan to stay here again next year.
