My son just graduated college and we thought a few days in Pawley’s Island would be fun! We had stayed in Litchfield by the Sea before and loved it. This villa was awesome and everything was perfect. We’ve already recommended to friends and family and look forward to coming back in the near future.

We spent time on the beach, easy walk across the street. Very convenient!! Beautiful grounds for our morning walks!! Villa was perfect! Everything we needed was supplied in the Villa for our comfort!! Restaurants close by were great. Great place to relax and unwind! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Brach Lovers Haven!!!

I was told there was no sofa bed. Ends up there is, but it has a huge stain on it so it isn’t usable. The decorative shower curtains were dirty as they are right next to toilets. We couldn’t use the bedspread due to it seeming dirty due to stains. The property needs to wash whatever is washable after each party and replace the mattress in the sofa bed. Our daughter has all kinds of bites showing up on her leg. We’re questioning bedbugs. We stopped staying at Litchfield beach and golf resort a few years ago due to lack of cleanliness. We decided to give it another try but not seeing much change. You can update but if you don’t clean well, it will not be good.
