About this apartment rental
A Luxury suite, in one of the most "Roman" streets of the city, a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, furnished with restored antiques and a large kitchen area complete with everything, a designer bedroom with attention to detail and a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. It accommodates up to 4 people and the magnificent location allows you to get around the center of Rome on foot and to enjoy many small and historic restaurants and pubs.
APARTMENT RULES:
- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- travel cot is available upon request
IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

We were cordially met by an associate of the owner as we reached the apartment. He gave us a brief orientation to entering/exiting the building as well as tips for things we may want in the area. This was a great location to enjoy our first stay in Rome. I would recommend this to any couple.

Great location close to Colosseum, restaurants and shops. Short stay apartment was beautiful, recently renovated, so much charm and character. Would definitely stay here again, great communication with host, very responsive and helpful.

This unit is everything you need to base your Rome exploration. Riccardo is a great owner/host for this modern upgraded unit. I didn’t have one complaint or need I couldn’t solve on my own. Thank you Riccardo.

The apartment was beautiful - with a lot of charm - clean and in a very good location. The check-in process was smooth, and we had a lovely, comfortable stay.
