The apartment is located in the center of Rome and features elegant and functional furnishings. It is located a few steps from the Pantheon and all the main attractions of Rome can be easily reached on foot Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori are 400 meters away, while both the Colosseum and St. Peter's and Vatican City can be reached by walking in about 20 minutes. Pant & Home is a great choice for travelers interested in visiting Rome without using public transport.
the apartment measures approximately 80sqm and is located on the third floor of a 17th century building without a lift. The Holiday Home has refined furniture in wood and wrought iron and has been recently renovated.
the house consists of: Gracious entrance; Living room with Smart Tv, double sofa, free fiber wireless internet connection and air conditioning; Dining area with original table from 1700; Comfortable kitchen with fireplace and all accessories such as washing machine and dishwasher Bathroom with tub; Second bath. the large master bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable 4-door wardrobe, while the second bedroom has 3 single beds.
due to its internal characteristics, this apartment is particularly suitable for families.
the Holiday Home is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, among its alleys, in Via de 'nari, an almost pedestrian street very close to the Pantheon; in its immediate vicinity are: Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia, Campo de 'Fiori with its historic Fruit and Vegetable Market and Castel S. Angelo. The Vatican is easily reachable by crossing the enchanting Ponte S. Angelo. All museums and main Roman monuments are within walking distance. The area is also served by numerous sightseeing tours, and by numerous buses that allow you to reach the railway stations of Rome. For guests traveling by plane I can organize a convenient Transfer Service from the Airport to the Holiday Home. Those traveling by car must keep in mind that the historic center has been declared a Ztl (Limited Traffic Zone), so it is not possible to enter until p.m. on working days. It is possible to park on the Lungotevere (the two banks of the Tiber) by paying the parking meter fee

This property is in a prime location for guests who have intentions of walking to most major attractions in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere except for the Coliseum. The host was friendly and accessible. He provided a bottle of wine, water and some breakfast food for us to enjoy. The property has a very old fashioned style but is neat and clean. Air conditioning was a huge bonus. Be warned though that it is in the top floor. There is a great deal of steps (described as 3 flights up but much more than that). The host provided many restaurant recommendations and organized for transport to/from airport. Overall, it was a good experience.

This property met all of our needs for Rome. It was a prime location and a very nice host. We’d definitely consider staying again on our next visit.

Our stay here was dreamy! The host was so very accommodating and left us everything we needed and even arranged transportation for us. The location could not be better, so close to everything. The place was even bigger than it looked in the listing and was so clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was so key! It was HOT outside and the air conditioners kept it very comfortable for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again (and we saved the host's information as he has other properties as well!)

First, the positives. This apartment is in a great location within the heart of Rome. Very short walks to most of the most popular attractions (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc.). It is even walkable to the Coliseum. The neighborhood is very trendy with lots of food and shopping options. The apartment was cute overall and functional. The host was communicative and helpful.
The negatives. Unfortunately, this apartment is located directly across an alleyway from a popular nightclub which operates until 4AM every day except Monday nights. There were loud people outside the apartment all night, nearly every night. Some even urinating in the bushes immediately below the apartment. The apartment itself is also not very soundproof so even with the windows completely closed and locked, you can understand nearly every word said outside in the alleyway as well as from neighboring apartments. Finally, we found the apartment quaint, but also still a bit dirty. There was food from previous tenants left in the cabinets and refrigerator as well as crumbs on the floor. The mattresses are very cheap and not super comfortable. We also found that not every outlet in the apartment worked but could not find a circuit breaker box to try and reset potentially blown fuses.
Overall, despite the negatives listed above, our family had a great time in Rome and loved the proximity to all of the sites we wanted to see. If your family doesn't mind some noise, then this apartment is great!
