Excellent location on Palm Beach Shores / Singer Island Beach near shopping and dining options of Palm Beach Shores. The property features ocean front access, 3 pools and a luxurious hot tub. Enjoy poolside dining, tiki bar, on-site bbq grills, and a range of activities from volleyball, to tennis and kids activities in the activity center.
This spacious one bedroom villa welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (Full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils), spacious master featuring a king bed and a relaxing living room with a sleeper sofa, and a furnished balcony. Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, in room safe, hair dryer and iron with ironing board.
Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and decor may vary.
An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
From Apr 13-May 31 2026, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building south parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited, and noise can be expected during business hours.
The Kingfish pool deck and pool will be closed from Sep. 10 through Oct. 31, 2026.

I loved it here! Love the location on Singer Island,, loved the oceanview, loved my one bedroom unit, loved the ciew of the inlet and ocean. It was exactly what I hoped for and was very pleased. It was a quiet and so easy to get down to pool. Enjoyed the water classes in am and walking on walking trail too! Being right on beach was also the best! I’d come back for sure. And would be interested in other locations as well! Thank you very much!!

Villa was very nice and spacious. View of the pool and ocean was great. Close to quite a few places to eat and many had bands. Pool area was a little busy, but very nice. Highly suggest finding the walking paths in the area.

We’ve been to this property 3 times and it is always great especially for families. There are a ton of activities for kids and lots of fun things to do in the area.
