Be warned. It's very small but if you know that it's otherwise ok. Listing says it sleeps 4 but... there is no way 2 adults can sleep on the convertable couch. It's not a full size bed. Would sleep 2 kids maybe.

Good points:
Location. Three blocks to the beach
Directions and check in. Accurate and easy to use
Downsides:
Description said renovated. When? Kitchen cabinets were coming apart.
Looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned in ages.
Ledges and shelves were very dusty. Floors only cleaned in the interior of the rooms. Sides and corners of the rooms were dirty.
Kitchen equipment was rudimentary.
Shower didn't drain. Called the owner and were told 'someone will be over shortly. If they came while we were
out at dinner...they didn't fix it. We eventually did.
Water pressure in the bathroom sink was lousy.
Cheap thin towels.
I think the description said: luxury. NOT!
