We enjoyed being one minute away from public beach access, 4 min walk to restaurants, so happy there was a beach chair we could take with us to the beach, wish there was more than 4 towels and 4 uncomfortable pillows, but no other wishes beyond that. Very happy with our stay.

Great location 5 min. walk to beach and very close to restaurants/stores.
Nice patio area with comfy chairs/table and a small charcoal grill.
Very clean inside & out. Our unit was a bit small for 4 people. Plenty of towels to use. Kitchenette was very useful but needs a little more attention and TLC.
No kitchen garbage can only a tiny bathroom pail.
Frig. was great!

Host did not respond to messages, luckily got a different phone number before trip and he responded. Kitchen-no counter space, only 2 mugs, 2 bowls, 2 glasses and 3 plates. The single use coffeemaker didn't work right. After 4 hours of waiting for frig to cool it was discovered the outlet it was plugged into was controlled by a light switch that was turned off(we didn't turn it off-maybe the cleaner?).Bathroom had no outlet to plug in hair dryer(and bedroom had no mirror), only 2 small hooks and 1/2 towel rod, no place to put things. Futon could only really sleep 1 small adult and was the only seating in living area other than bar stools. Luckily we didn't have noisy neighbors but could hear next door neighbor talking on his phone during the day. Best part was the location- short walk across the street to the beach and close restaurants. I guess that's why this place is cheaper than others.
