Quaint updated 2/2 beach bungalow. 5 minute walk to beach (East) on deeded resident path. 1 minute walk to intercostal waterway (West). 3 minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Large fenced yard, dog friendly.

Outside - New tankless water heater, new HVAC system, outdoor shower, roof, screened in Lanai, and open paver patio that is great for grilling and sun bathing. Inside - New wood-look ceramic tile floors , GE washer, GE dryer, Whirlpool kitchen appliances. Wireless AT&T internet included. New Samsung 60” Smart TV (allows for streaming) and Sony DVD player. 2nd TV with cable box in master bedroom. Mid-Level AT&T Cable TV subscription included.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was super close to the beach and ocean, only a few minutes walking distance. The host was very detailed with everything you could need and everything was ready and super clean upon arrival. They were also very responsive communication wise. We had a dog which they welcomed and an awesome fenced in yard for him and us to both enjoy. The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood right across the street from the beach and all the attractions, action and fun in the riviera beach singer island area. I highly recommend, we had a blast!
