My beach friend's group (we book with Coastal Vibe for our beach trips) decided to try a mountain vacation. We loved this beautiful house! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. We used everything—the pool, the hot tub, the ping pong table, the hanging chairs under the deck, and even sitting around the fire pit with no fire (not in July)! The most used spot was the outdoor decks with the very comfy outdoor furniture, perfect for reading or napping. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. We brought food and supplies and didn't even leave to go out to eat. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We saw deer several times. It was a wonderful trip! I know my friends will want to go back to Higher Ground again! Thanks, Mountain Vibe!

House was great. Had lots of room. Loved the fireplace in the balcony. Loved the area.

The property was beautiful and as pictured, however, we went an entire day without water and the property manager acted like it was no big deal. The neighborhood cannot accommodate the number of people advertised due to a shared well. Something I wish I knew beforehand. If water is not a necessity to you, it was great.
