When we needed a nice quiet retreat (for we adults) AND a fun experience (for the grandkids) Living Water was all we could ask for!
The soothing sounds of the water wall enhanced our stay; and the indoor pool, cornhole setup, and pool table can keep the young ones entertained.
So much to do locally, too....but I could go on!

The property is better than advertised. The furnishings and linens are great quality. They even provide baskets with pool and hot tub towels at the various exits. The outside gathering areas were very comfortable including the basket of throw blankets. It was extremely refreshing to have more than enough glasses and coffee mugs for the number of people the house could support so we were not constantly washing dishes. This property was conveniently located on a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot say enough great things about the house and property managers. We will be back!

We visited last year for a family vacation with ten people and it was the perfect house for all ages. Great location close to the towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. There were beautiful views and walking trails all around the house. Our kids loved the indoor pool! It was very clean and overall a great experience. We plan to visit again this year.
