The house features WiFi, heating, AC, washing machine, clothes dryer, and a hair dryer. You'll find 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower. An additional space with a comfy futon provides extra flexibility.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor (the queen and full) and the other two bedrooms (the king and 2 twins) are on the second floor. This is a newly renovated home but the stairs to the second floor are quite steep. 5 minutes to KU campus We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Ryan is prompt and very accommodating with aspects of the house. The house suited six adults very well, clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated. Location to campus or downtown is perfect. An excellent stay.

This was a very well appointed home that was perfect for visiting our KU student. We loved how clean everything was and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The backyard is a nice bonus for grilling and hanging out. We would definitely stay here again!
