Two bedrooms are on the main floor (the queen and full) and the other two bedrooms (the king and 2 twins) are on the second floor. This is a newly renovated home but the stairs to the second floor are quite steep. 5 minutes to KU campus We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

This house a was great for our family for KU graduation. It was perfect location, clean, and perfect backyard to hangout during down time. The owner was great a communication, when we had questions, he responded within minutes.

The house was clean, very well stocked (towels, blankets, kitchen stuff) and nice deck. Easy check-in process. Communication with property manager was easy and prompt.
