We stayed here while in Lawrence for a basketball game & had our small dog with us. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus so he could potty without being on a leash. The close proximity location to Allen Fieldhouse was great. We did choose to drive because of weather conditions. The property is perfect for 1-2 people as it is small. But it provided us with the needs we had. We appreciated the private parking spot too. I’d stay here again.
