About this house rental
Perfect home for families looking for somewhere to stay! This home comes with a large, fenced in backyard, and a gated patio leading out to it. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and includes a mix of hardwood flooring and carpeting. In the living room, you'll find a cozy fireplace (fireplace guards included) right in front of the sitting area. There is also a small sitting area right on the back porch for warm nights outside! One of the best things about this home is its quiet location.
Newly remodeled in 2022. The home is nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The space is relaxing and comfortable. It is the kind of space that is easy to make your home. There are HD flat screen tv's in every room and blazing fast internet. The space is very usable for a small group or family.
Guests have entire and private access to the home- It's your home!
Suburb of Cincinnati. Located off of a county road. Nice private piece of land.

• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

We stayed at this vrbo because we had a pipe burst in our house. We were there for 6 months and we couldn’t have had a better experience! Our pets were welcome. It was clean, spacious close to everything, and the owners were very easy to deal with and were very prompt in responding to us. Great place to stay! Highly recommend!!!
