This immaculate house on 2 acres of riverfront property comfortably sleeps 18 and is located next to a state-protected bird sanctuary with a private sandy beach! Enjoy sunsets by the firepit and walks through the woods. Only 28 min to Perfect North Slopes, 12 min to downtown, and 10 min to CVG airport. Get away from it all while being just minutes from downtown Cincinnati!

Cute coffee shop just a 7 minute drive. We had a great time finding the beech. Plenty of table space and chairs. Be sure to bring a fan it’s warm sleeping upstairs. Accommodating host!

Overall everything was okay. The porch could have been a little cleaner. And the furniture around the fire pit was very sketchy at best. Inside was very clean. A few stackable chairs would have been nice. Also would have been nice to have a place to put our luggage in the bottom bedroom.
