This is the second property I have rented from this host. It was exactly what we needed for my daughter to celebrate her 18th birthday. Plenty of room and beds for all of us. Pool table and arcade game in the basement are great.Also had giant uno and taboo, and connect four on the wall… tv’s everywhere. So fun. My daughter and her friends had a fantastic time! The hot tub is a very nice small tub. Only problem is crew forgot to turn it on the day before we arrived so we were only able to use it the second of two days there. The host did respond and offered hot tub fee refund for our inconvenience. Along with that there were a few issues in the backyard which is why I gave 4 stars. Again, the host was made aware of the issues and did apologize. Overall it was a really great experience and I would rent from him again!

Bride-to-be & bridesmaids stayed @ this location the night before the wedding. Was a great space for all & was sufficient for everyone to get ready for the big day.

The property was spacious with modern furniture and a TV in every room. There were just a few things that were off during our stay: 1. We never received official check in or check out information and the front door was open when we arrived. 2. We couldn't get the hot tub to work and the water had a strange smell. 3. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and the outside area was quite dirty. We needed to do a lot of cleaning with the pillows and table outside before using the area. Overall, I enjoyed my weekend as there was a good amount of space to host my out of town friends but some of the above details created some work and worry for us.

Good points were they did allow us to host a wedding rehearsal dinner at the property and were accomodating to a change in leaving time. Property had all the space we were expecting both inside and out but not all rooms were as quality we were expecting. Communication was up and down - responsive at times but forgot to give us check in codes and Wi-Fi. Stated they would send someone to fix a light and ceiling fan but never did. House was not up to VRBO’s usual cleanliness standards. Did offer to send someone over to make it right but we had cleaned floors ourselves by that time.
