About this apartment rental
The condo is a short walk to Downtown Breckenridge and the Quick Silver lift. The convenient access provides everything that you need within walking distance to restaurants, shops, nightlife, hiking and biking trails, and the ice skating rink. The condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with 3 full bathrooms, 2 private bedrooms and a Queen bed in the back living area. It is also equipped with a full kitchen, separate living area and private deck. Wifi access is included as well as Cable TV in each bedroom and living room. Parking is included which can accommodate 2 tandem vehicles.

The host was welcoming and quickly addressed the cleanliness of our bedding. The condo has a nice kitchen area, and we enjoyed having 3 full bathrooms. It’s a close walk to the slopes and Main Street.

The condo was perfect for our ski trip to Breckenridge. Plenty of room and it was really nice to have 3 full bathrooms and an extra bed off the dining room. The kitchen had everything we need plus they left a few basics like salt/pepper, coffee filters which was really nice. If you stay here check the cabinet to the left of the microwave before going to the grocery. It was about a 6-7 minute walk to the slopes and 3-4 minute walk to downtown and 2 minute walk to the pool and hot tub. We didn't have to drive to much which was great. Overall we had a great stay and if we find ourselves back in Breckenridge we would rent this unit again.

We stayed 6 nights as a family of 4.
Pros: location, room sizes, you can see fireworks from the balcony. Plenty towels and toilet paper. Clean bedding. Lots of coffee cups.
Cons: hard beds, patio door in main room does not lock or close properly, they are older and not sound proof and the unit faces a road not woods you hear the road and the ac in master. Shower pressure is non existing. The unit looks a lot more update on photos.
* After checking in we had issues with fleas biting. The rental service had someone out the next morning to treat. The issue is the balcony we believe there are plenty of pets in the building so possibly this is where they were entering from. We had no pets with us. There was no pet hair in the unit.
