We love that you can easily walk to town. We love the layout of the condo—two king bedrooms and one cool bunkbed room for kids. For the most part, it was clean and tidy. Just disappointed that the bathtubs hadn’t been scrubbed—one was really gross. We stayed there during Covid and everything was spotless. Just disappointed that it wasn’t that way, this time. Also lighting is not conducive to reading—dark in living room even with all the lights on.

The location is perfect for enjoying Breck shops and restaurants. Blue moose is definitely a go to for breakfast and it’s one of the best meals we had along with the à la cart crêpes.
There is something to do for everyone in Breck. We really enjoyed AVA Whitewater rafting with Claudio, horseback riding and the epic discovery Center. And, if you enjoy visiting art galleries, Riatmans is pretty spectacular.
The condo was perfect for a family of six. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The condo is well laid out, very comfortable and centrally located to the town. And we were very close to the hot tub which we really enjoyed. The only complaint we had is that the lighting was not very bright throughout the condo.
We would definitely stay there again !!!
