Yet, the unit is peaceful and quiet as it occupies a corner of the concrete building. You do not need a car when staying at this location, yet reserved parking for two cars is available. This is a four-queen-bed, three-full-bath unit conveniently located at the Base of Peak 9 for skiers/snowboarders, shoppers, and travelers wanting to enjoy Main Street Breckenridge. A heated pool and four hot tubs await your family's arrival after an enjoyable day on the slopes.

This versatile condo appeals to families or to three (3) couples, each with their own space. The layout offers exceptional privacy, featuring a single common entrance and three separate rooms, two of which have doors. Please review the layout photo for room/bedding configurations. All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. The unit offers access to the Columbine Recreation Center, situated steps away. The Center features an outdoor pool, four hot tubs, and more, offering a range of activities for families and couples to enjoy after a day on the slopes.
This condo underwent a complete interior remodel, offering a fresh, modern feel. The remodel included a new custom cherry-wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured walls, new custom cherry-wood vanities and sinks, and new cherry-wood doors throughout the unit. Others have suggested we went overboard with our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us, this is more than an investment property; it's our second home. Like you, we appreciate all the fine details and finishes featured in the new luxury developments in Breckenridge.
A clothes washer and dryer are located in the building. They can be operated via an app on your phone.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Convenient access to lifts and town. We loved using the fireplace and enjoyed the natural light from the windows. No Mountain view but we were able to see NYE fireworks from balcony. Hot tubs are shared among several buildings so can get crowded at times. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I, along with our older son, daughter in law, and 2 grandchildren (ages 3 and 1) from North Carolina stayed in this VRBO for 2 nights in mid October. It was the perfect set up for us! There was plenty of room to move around inside of the unit, as well as on the outside wrap around deck. The needed amenities were there, included everything needed for preparing and serving the evening meals. Its location is a very short walk from Main Street and Downtown Breckenridge. Scott was very responsive to questions that we had. It was a very clean place to stay. The furnishings were a little dated, but that did not detract from the overall experience. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable, well stocked, perfect location, nice pool which was warm enough to swim in outdoors in October…. Hot tubs included. Fits the bill for a cozy mountain getaway.
