Welcome to Chelford, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom home just a short stroll from the beach in Rhosneigr, professionally managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Perfect for families and surf getaways.
Accommodation: Sleeps six across three bedrooms
Bedroom: One king, one double bedroom and a twin
Bathroom: One wet-room and one family bathroom
Pets: Chelford welcomes two well-behaved pets
Infant Info: One travel cot and one highchair provided (travel cot linen not included)
Access/Parking: Parking on the driveway for up to three cars

Entering Chelford you are greeted by a spacious, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen spills into an open plan living room and conservatory which features a fantastic dining room soaking in the natural light. The living room has a long comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove for cosy stays. The dining table is set in the glass conservatory, perfect for inside-out dining year-round, with additional dining space in the garden. Down the hallway there are two spacious bedrooms (a king and a double) and one twin bedroom, sharing a wet room with a large shower, sink, and toilet, and a family bathroom with a shower over bath, sink, and toilet.
The large, fully enclosed lawned garden is ideal for children and pets to play safely. Enjoy outdoor dining with a table, BBQ, and a shaded seating area under a pine tree. An additional patio seating space at the front of the property is perfect for catching the evening sun. An outside shower helps to rinse off sandy feet and wetsuits, with a utility room washer available through the back door for easy cleanup. There is plenty of parking for three cars on the driveway of Chelford.
Chelford is situated in a quiet residential area just 200 metres from the beach and Maelog Lake, Chelford offers peaceful accommodation with convenient access to the village. Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.
Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

Spacious & full of light but lacking: despite what Anglesey said twice property does NOT have name or number on it.
Spacious conservatory but ALL chairs/sofas need new cushions as they are all really flat. No decent mugs so we bought our own. Has the potential to be fab but it isn’t. Shame really.
There’s something odd about the electrics as sometimes we had lights in both kitchen and living room but not always.
Cost doesn’t reflect quality.

Really lovely place, we’ve been coming to Anglesey and in particular Rhosneigr for 12 years, and have stayed in many of the dog friendly homes, this was really comfortable - plenty of space.
A couple of things would have made the stay slightly better;
loo roll in the bathrooms on arrival, after a long journey, that’s the first room I check out, not the welcome pack
Basic cleaning things, perhaps a surface spray or bathroom cleaner. AHL used to provide refill sprays I’m sure?
The bungalow was clean, the garden had nice furniture and was well kept.
The location is very central, nice walk to beaches, the lake, the village centre and The Oyster Catcher.
The garden is safe for my dog I have at the moment, I did check the side gate every time to make sure it was clicked shut properly, previous dogs I have had would clear the fairly low wall alongside, to next doors; especially if it saw one of the cats I saw out there. But I have booked again for next year, so was very happy ❤️

Lovely stay. We will be back and will use AHL.
Liked the walk in shower and separate bath, (the shower hose over the bath wasnt easy to angle). The sofa was comfy, loved the conservatory, would have been better to be able to wall onto a paved patio instead of stones. Great location about 7 mins walk to the beach and bars

Enjoyed a 3 night stay over in Anglesey and Chelford was perfect for this! Arrived on Friday afternoon, dropped our bags and headed straight for the beach! In January, when you get off the beach, you need a warm, cosy accommodation and Chelford was just that! Plenty of space for wellies and walking boots and plenty of space to stretch out and read!
Only adviser would be to update the pans as they were a bit worn! Everything else was just perfect! Would happily rebook this property!
