10 Minute drive to Siesta Beach!!! Spacious Condo.

The apartment was just what we needed(clean spacious and washer and dryer) and a reasonable price. The property the apartment is at was extremely run down. Excellent location right across the street from a nice grocery store and restaurants. Also very close proximity to beaches and other activities. Property manager great to work with overall a great experience!

Good value for the area. The condo itself was a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath and had everything we needed. The location is close to lots of restaurants and only 10 minute easy drive to Siesta beach.The pool was very clean and heated. Downside is the property grounds felt run down and unkept. If you’re looking for great value in good location this is a great option. The unit itself was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Overall good find.

Clean convenient condo with nice pool and 10 minute drive to beach. Very accommodating hosts

Overall for the price, it was ok. A few small improvements could make it a much better stay. Actual curtains on the 4 bedroom windows that block at least some of the sunlight would help tremendously. Only 3 of the 4 windows had very lightweight white curtains that did nothing at all so we hung dark sheets over the windows and it was much better. Why did one window have nothing at all? The AC unit ducting needs to be looked at since one bedroom got so much air that it was freezing, and the other bedroom got no air and was sweltering. The cleaning company left open candy on top of the refrigerator and a sugar canister on an open shelf. There were tiny ants all over the kitchen. The location was great for a cheaper week at the beach and everything from groceries to restaurants was within.a mile. Not a luxurious condo at all, but it was ok for the price.
