My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay at the "View House". It was conveniently located in between Hurricane and Springdale. The porch views of the backside of Zion National Park were amazing! We enjoyed watching the views change based on time of day, weather, etc.The house was fully equipped and as presented on VRBO.Shelley, the property manager, was very efficient providing us with useful information both before and during our stay. All-in-all we truly loved our time there.

Wonderful home, very comfortable, we Visited Zion 3 days and Bryce one day. The master bedroom suite is incredible! Highly recommend!

The property itself was beautiful and BIG. The house was appointed with items that you normally wouldn't be supplied with: k-cups, creamers, ziploc bags, etc. Location is excellent as it sits in a smaller, very quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from Springdale and Zion NP.
Unfortunately there were a couple smalls things and 1 big thing that lowered our opinion.
1. the master bedroom desperately needs a blackout curtain in addition to the pleated shades. It got BRIGHT as soon as the sun peaks above the horizon.
2. The Nest thermostat is permanently set at 74. you can adjust it and it will stay for 2 hours then reverts back to the 74 setting. During the hottest months of the year, or during a heatwave like we encountered, it never got to our preferred temp until the middle of the night.
3. The property manager needs to communicate better with renters. We had a maintenance person bring by some ice and bottled water and show up un-announced. He opened the garage door and let himself in the back door to put the ice in the fridge. I think the effort was genuine and there was no bad intent but this could have gone very badly in other circumstances. This is the first time in years of renting through this website that this has ever happened.
