This was a wonderful modern facility set in a wonderful scenic setting with easy access to Zion NP. The Airstream was esquisite, well-designed for the space, and very clean. Nice alternative to a standard hotel.

more fun than staying at traditional hotel and very modern and clean inside the airstream. however, I didn't get the all trails membership even though I booked the explorer suite (but that's ok)

I've always wanted to try staying in an airstream and it was indeed a cool experience. The airstream itself was surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed.
However the overall management of AutoCamp Zion was not great - keys points as follows:
1. Severely short staffed. There were only two staff members doing check-in/check-outs, managing the restaurant, etc - meaning you have to wait for a long time before you can get anyone's attention and at check-in they don't have time to tell you all the basic information you need to know. We had to keep going back to the reception to ask for information.
2. Facilities are not well operated e.g. the restaurant. We arrived at around 7pm and the restaurant was extremely chaotic, and actually ran out of food completely soon after. We ended up getting a grill set and started a fire outside our airstream to cook the food, but it wasn't very easy.
3. When we stayed, there was a wedding going on which unfortunately significantly impacted our experience since our airstream was quite close to the wedding hall and they played INSANELY loud music for a couple hours. Thankfully it had a sharp stop at 10pm but the hours before that were pretty painful and not the vibe we signed up for at this place.
4. Don't expect any active help or guidance with anything. You have to ask for information/things. No one will actively tell you that you can get a trolley from a specific place and use that to bring your luggages to your airstream, and people will just leave the trolley outside their airstream rather than bring it back to the designated place (and no staff is available to help with that I guess).
