The hosts were terrific, and the breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. A very nice place, with a few exceptions.
No waste basket in the toilet closet.
No accessible electrical outlets near the nightstands. No privacy in the sink and bathing area. No drinking water or fruit in the common guest area.

Neil was an amazing host. He was always available to ask questions and give suggestions on activities but not "in your face". The rooms were large and the king size bed was very comfortable. Poolside was relaxing and we met some other fun guests. Quiet at night. Clean and beautiful house and surrounds. The substantial breakfast was amazing on both mornings we were there. Neil was an excellent cook and and it really felt like we were in a very nice restaurant. He made sure what he was cooking was ok for any allergies or preferences. We did not have to wait long when we got to the custom made dinning room before breakfast was served. Delicious! The location was much closer to Zion National Park then I thought. Good bus system nearby to get you to the park. Top bed and breakfast. Look no further!!

The portion was small and I would have liked more variety. Neil did ask if we wanted more food though.
The bed was springy and unsupportive. Difficult to sleep comfortably and the pillows were too flat.
